This course will teach students how to make three main types of italian pasta: Ravioli, Linguine & Gnocchi. Full ingredients necessary for the course will be provided at no additional cost. They will be sourced from organic and local Singaporean farmers. Two methods of pasta-making will be covered, hand-cutting and hand-shaping pasta as well as machine made pasta. Only 5 spaces are available per session and lessons will span for 2.5 hours.
