We'll be conducting regular meetups and workshops for parents to pick up the skills that would make them a more interesting storyteller to their children. show less
We believe that everyone has a tale to tell – from little children with imaginary friends to kindly old folks with a lifetime of memories to share. We tell stories all the time! Sometimes to get us out of trouble, other times to convey an important idea. Stories are an integral part of our social fabric yet there isn’t really a social platform that supports this life skill in the way that we had in mind. That is why three fathers came together to set up Storynation.
What is Storynation about?
Storynation is a community platform for parents to learn the art of storytelling, be part of a co-creation environment, and to practice their craft in a professionally facilitated environment.
You decide the pace and level engagement that fits your schedule and needs. Our goal is to help you connect with the most important audience of all – your children. Perhaps, they too might grow up and be more eloquent than the kids of the current generation.
Storynation was founded by Roger Jenkins, Singapore's most iconic professional storyteller, Chien Herr, co-founder of Owl Readers Club, and Eugene Tay, the creative brains behind The Alpha Mind and the author of Supernatural Confessions and other books.
