Aini chanced upon yoga back in 2010 while facing a very difficult period in her life, and has since never looked back. Yoga has helped her developed the perfect balance of physical strength and mental awareness and she hopes to share these benefits with everyone around her. This is one of many reasons that encouraged her to enrol for the 200 hours yoga teacher training course. Graduating from the course, she continues to deepen her knowledge through various courses and workshops.
Similar to her teaching style, Aini enjoys Hatha based classes with emphasis on alignment and grounding. She integrates core work in her practice to keep the body strong and move with awareness. Yoga has transformed Aini’s life and she hopes to inspire her students to embark on their own yoga journeys and experience transformation from their practice.
