It's Javascript theme this season (or quarter since Malaysia does't have four seasons ). Have you ever wonder what makes you a better JS (or jQuery) developer than the others? We think the ability to write clean and maintainable codes is what sets you apart. It is a journey all good developers have to embark and it'll require much discipline. So, what can you expect in this event? We want to talk about some of the code smells in real applications (featuring Exact Software) by the very own developers who maintain them. Then, some reality check - the challenges! What if your company has legacy codes to maintain and they are preventing you to explore some of the cool JS framework (i.e. Angular, Ember)? How do you refactor codes without impacting your business? Finally, one recommendation from the presenters to be better at JS / jQuery!We may not have all the answers but that's when we can start to exchange experience/thoughts/ideas/frustration.
