What is Grill or Chill?Grill or Chill (GoC), a monthly event, is a platform for startups to showcase product or get valuable feedback from domain experts/entrepreneurs. Sam Shafie, Founder of WTF AcceleratorSam is the founder of WatchTower and Friends (WTF) Accelerator, an early stage tech accelerator company. WTF Accelerator operates a 4-month program focusing on Big Data Analytics, Creative Content, Information Security, Mobile Internet, Cloud Computing, Green Technology, Wearable Technology, Biotechnology and Smart Grid Technology. The WTF Accelerator opend its 1st batch of 7 startups and had their first Demo Day on May 21st. The second batch of 7 startups is currently in session. Sam is also a founding member and committee member of the Malaysian Business Angel Network (MBAN).2. Warren Leow, Director of Accelerator Programs and Investor Relations at MaGICWarren Leow, a rare breed of risk-taker to gave up a high-flying job in London to "give back" to society back home in Malaysia.Warren believes in mentoring and hopes to create a self-perpetuating mentoring platform that would go viral. He also believes that by giving back, a lot more would return.His background was in commodities trading, management consulting and product development and have previously worked with prop, Bain & Company, Fluentfulture, BP and Accenture.
