We will learn about and discuss the Mindfulness Framework - an amazing
tool for governance of country, the business world and of the self.We
will also discuss a Bhutan trip which Khatiza is guiding in October and
I would love a small team from our Woolf Works community to get
involved with!We will have the usual wine and
great snacks available for your reasonable ticket price. Please join
our last social session before many leave for summer holidays!More about our evening:In
these VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous) times, is a “Pause
for Reflection” considered a luxury or a necessity?
In the midst of constant challenges,
how do we:
·
Inspire ourselves as
individuals to sustain our values through mindful practices?
·
Empower ourselves as cohesive
team members through the habits of mindful team leadership?
·
Engage in social responsibility
that creates the ripple effect of mindfulness in communities?
A
Mindful Happiness Learning Session
Join us for an evening session of learning
and exploring the Values and Practices of Mindful Happiness as it
applies in Bhutan and as you would interpret it for yourself.
The learning session is a first level understanding
of the values and practices that help strengthen one's mindful self-leadership development
and explore how it may create the ripple effect of Mindful Happiness. Learning Journeys takes place in
Bhutan, the ancient Himalayan Kingdom with a unique development
philosophy – Gross National Happiness - which seeks to foster
sustainable economic development, guided by a structured approach to collective
human development.

Van Savage , Facilitator
As the Founder & Chief Happiness Architect
of Insightful Learning Journeys, I am passionate about supporting
individuals to develop their Values and Practices for Mindful Happiness.
I began my career as an organizational development consultant and learning
facilitator.
In this learning journey I developed a
deep understanding of why leaders needed to develop their own Mindful
Self Leadership skills as a priority. I have focused on learning and
understanding of Bhutan and the concept of Gross National Happiness, as I
firmly believe in the value of blending western psychology and eastern
philosophy to develop mindful leaders and organizations.
