In addition to four craft beers (280ml) from the trio of breweries, Pizza Fabbrica offers a special menu
of antipasti, wood-fired pizzas, and dessert – a ticket will score you all that for only $70.Sample four pies, all designed by the restaurant's executive chef, Matteo Boifava: Chianti-poached pear; pumpkin cream and broccolini; gorgonzola, figs and parma ham; and pesto potato.
