Subramaniam Paul P. Subramaniam is the Head of Risk, Knowledge Management & Training of ZICO Holdings Inc. He practiced as a litigation lawyer for 22 years, being involved in several significant cases. Paul now keeps the lawyers and partners updated as to changes in the law and industry which would impact our clients. He also serves as editor of our publications to our clients. In addition, Paul manages a Knowledge Database and also a Precedent Bank, to ensure best practices are undertaken in the firm.In his role as Training Partner, he arranges training sessions for ZICO Holdings Inc lawyers and staff that they are equipped not just with the law but with the skills necessary to serve their client's interests. Joann was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2012 and joined the firm as an Associate in

Maggie Khon has experience in assisting clients in prosecuting trade mark registration.
Maggie also practises in the area of litigation involving intellectual property issues, such as
infringement of trade marks, copyright, industrial designs and patents. She is also actively
involved in the anti-counterfeit and anti-piracy programmes for brand owners.(b) Ong Boo Seng Partner, ZICO
Boo Seng commenced
practice in 1999. Before joining the ZICOlaw network, he was a partner at
Messrs. Rahmat Lim & Partners and prior to that, he was a partner at
Messrs. Shook Lin & Bok Boo Seng has been practising in the
area of Intellectual Property (IP) for the past 16 years covering different
aspects of IP practice. He has extensive experience in IP litigation and has
represented many IP owners in the enforcement and protection of their
rights. He regularly advises clients on IP
issues in corporate and commercial transactions, and on licensing, franchising
and commercialisation of IP rights. He is also experienced in advising on
matters relating to personal data protection and has assisted many clients in
crafting their personal data protection compliance programmes.
He is recognised and ranked in a number
of publications including the Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Chambers Asia-Pacific.
He has been described as having “established
a solid reputation in the market” and “adept
in matters ranging from infringement disputes to enforcement strategies” by
