We have been able to arrange a few extra places for the dinner at Harumari, so we have reopened registration until 11 a.m. on Saturday the 18th, or when we reach our maximum, whichever is earlier. Book now, as there are only a few places to fill.

**注意事項**
1.
参加お申し込みは、参加者ごとにお願いします。複数の参加者のお申し込みをされる場合は、一番下の「イベントページヘ戻る/Back
to event page」ボタンを押して、このページにお戻りいただき、人数分のお申し込みを繰り返してください。
2.
代金のお支払いには、末尾に挙げるクレジットカード・コンビニ・ATMがお使いいただけます。
※コンビニ/ATMでの支払期限はお申し込みから3日以内となります。申し込み後3日以内に支払いされなかった場合には、自動的にお申し込みが無効になります。
3.
スマートフォンのアプリにお名前が表示されることを希望されない方は、申し込み画面で、「参加者一覧に表示しない/Show
me as anonymous」にチェックを入れてください。
4.
キャンセルポリシー：キャンセルは、4月15日23:59（日本時間）まで受け付けます。これ以降は、理由を問わず払い戻しには対応できませんのでご了承ください。
申し込み後に会費未払いの方は、やむを得ない理由での欠席も含め、後日お支払いいただきますので、その旨ご了承ください。

**Notes**
1. Please
pay using one of the following credit card, convenience store or bank transfer
options.
A
separate registration is required for each attendee. To register and purchase
tickets for additional attendees, please re-enter this page from the [Back to
event page/イベントページヘ戻る]
button at the bottom of the page and register each attendee in turn.
2. If using the convenience store and bank transfer payment
options, you need to pay within three days of registering. If payment is not
received within this period, your booking will expire automatically.
3. If
you prefer your name to NOT be published on the smartphone app, check “Show me
as anonymous/参加者一覧に表示しない”
on the registration page.
4. Cancellation
policy: Cancellations are accepted until 23:59 JST April 15th.
After this cutoff date, refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
N.B.
JAT will require payment from any attendee who is confirmed from a
waiting list and has not paid before or at the event, even if the person is
unable to attend the event.

"How to Print Your Ticket"
To print out a hard copy of your ticket:
1.
After you buy a ticket and receive a confirmation email, you need to log in to
the Peatix website.
2.
This should take you to the "My Events" or "Attending
Events" page. If not, click on your name in the top right corner to
get to the page with your event details.
3.
Under "Attending Events", find the "View Ticket/s" link,
and click it.
4.
The printable ticket should be displayed.
5.
To print, you might need to right click or use Control + P.
