Shojin ryori is coming to Tsukiji out of a Buddhist temple!
Please join us experiencing Japanese cuisine by learning about shojin ryori.
Shojin Ryori Cooking Workshop at Tsukiji makes it possible for you to learn it in a fun and easy way.


HOST: Akasaka Teran

CHEF: Masami Asao, Buddhism Priest, a member of Jokokuji Temple
National Registered Dietician
Assistant, Saya Asao Ayumi Takagi



※ You cook two side dishes out of “Ichi-ju san-sai (one soup and three side dishes,)” and will be served with a bowl of soup, white rice, and pickles.

During the demonstration, you can also enjoy appetizers and beverages, including Japanese sake for free. Just have fun.
