English follows after Japaneseヤマソンは、12時間以内に有名なJR山手線の全29駅を3人または4人一組のチームで歩きまたは走って達成するファンドレイジング・チャレンジです。 このイベントは、参加費の100%が、2011年3月に発生した東日本大震災後、宮城県石巻市で復興支援活動を行っている国際的なボランティアグループ・NADIAに寄付される、ファンドレイジングイベントです。コースは東京の中心部ですので、多くの方々が簡単にアクセスできます。スタート・フィニッシュ地点は東京駅より徒歩3分です。ヤマソンはコースが設定されていないユニークな試みです。標準的な道案内は全ての参加者に提供されますが、これは単なるガイドラインに過ぎません。ナビゲーション・チャレンジの醍醐味は、あなたの創造力を働かせ、できるだけ短い距離で山手線全29駅を訪れることです。全てのチームは、ヤマソンのコースを全て通過したことを証明するために、全ての駅で写真を取らなければなりません。詳細はこちらをご覧ください http://tokyo-yamathon.com/ja/The Yamathon is a fundraising challenge where teams of three or four people compete to walk or run through Tokyo, visiting all 29 stations of the famous JR Yamanote train line in under 12 hours. This is a fundraising event, with 100% of your registration fee going to NADIA, an international volunteers group focusing on helping the recovery of Ishinomaki in Miyagi prefecture, after the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake in March 2011.The course is central Tokyo itself, so it is easily accessible to a large number of people.Our start/finish venue is only 3 minutes walk from Tokyo Station.The Yamathon is a unique endeavour in that there is no set course. Basic directions are provided to all participants, but this is merely a guideline.Part of the navigational challenge is to be creative and take shortcuts provided you visit all 29 Yamanote stations.Teams must take a photo at every station to prove that they have completed the Yamathon circle.For more information, please see www.tokyo-yamathon.com
