About The Workshop: Our 2-hour workshop includes games, movement, writing and meditation, and is structured around the 5 stages of grief in the Kubler Ross model. The session is facilitated by a team of young caregivers and youth who experience illness.Suitability:Sign up for our workshop if you are aged between 18-30 and have been in touch with illness, be it in a capacity of a patient, caregiver or professional, and would like to equip yourself with creative tools to strengthen yourself further.Please note that this workshop is limited to youth aged from 18-30 years old.
