日時：7月13日(土) 13:30-15:00（受付開始：13:15）登壇者：カリン・クリスマン（Fw:Books）ディビジェ・コーメン（Fw:Books）【チケット予約制】参加費：1,000円※当日受付も可能ですが、席数に限りがあるため事前予約をお勧めいたします。昨年設立10周年をむかえたFw:Booksはオランダ・アムステルダムを拠点とする出版社で、主に現代写真に特化した出版を手がけています。彼らは写真という実態のないユニークなメディアを使用して本作りをすることを、新しい作品を作ることの選択肢として捉え、出版活動を行っています。 今回のトークイベントにはFw:Booksからレーベルの立ち上げメンバーであるカリン・クリスマンとディビジェ・コーメンをお招き致します。 Fw:Booksのこれまでの歴史を振り返りながら、ブックデザインや出版活動について考える試みです。 Fw:Books is an Amsterdam-based publishing firm focusing primarily on the field of contemporary photography; the firm conceives the act of utilizing the unique, intangible medium of photography in creating a book to be a choice to create a work of art.For this talk event, we welcome two of Fw:Books’s founding members, Karin Krijgsman and Dieuwertje Komen. Join the two as they reflect on Fw:Books’s history and delve into contemplation on book design and the world of publishing. 【プロフィール】©️Petra StavastKarin Krijgsman and Dieuwertje Komen, founded Fw:Photography, together with Petra Stavast and Hans Gremmen. Fw:Photography was initially a platform for 10 photographers which all graduated from AKV St.Joost in Breda. Karin Krijgsman and Dieuwertje Komen are both working at AKV St.Joost, and run a practice as photographer, writer and curator.” カリン・クリスマンとディビジェ・コーメンはハンス・グレメンとペトラ・スタヴァストと共にFw:Photographyを立ち上げた2人である。 Fw:PhotographyはもともとブレダーにあるAKV St.Joostを卒業した10人の写真家のプラットフォームだった。現在カリンとディビジェはAKV St.Joostで教鞭をとり、写真家、ライター、キュレーターとしても活躍している。
