He primarily spends his time and efforts helping large customers plan and execute meaningful AI applications but also invests a lot of energy into understanding how use this technology to improve the world around us and at the same time address the societal challenges this technology can bring.Pei Ying Chua is the APAC Lead for Economic Graph Analytics at LinkedIn. Bridging between policy, economics and data, she partners with governments, public institutions, and policy influencers to identify opportunities and insights that help government and business leaders address the challenges of the modern workforce. Her role includes government-focused data analytics projects, development of upskilling and education policy, and customized labor market insights that are at the core of LinkedIn’s vision to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Previously, Pei Ying was the Head of Economics at Grab, South-East Asia’s largest ride-sharing company.  She holds combined BSc in Vision Science and Neuroscience from the University of Melbourne, an MPhil in Neuroscience from Cambridge, and an MA in Management from Harvard.Wai Leong Chan was a founding partner of DTCA before he joined Eric Salmon & Partners. He brings extensive business, consulting and search experience to the Firm’s clients and candidates. Previously, he led regional technology searches based out of Singapore at global executive search firm Spencer Stuart. He was also the co-leader of the regional Supply Chain practice. Before that, he was a regional VP at SAP and Managing Director for Singapore. Prior, he was VP for Strategy & BD at Gateway Computers, where he served a stint as MD for Australia. He graduated from Cornell University on a Singapore Airlines scholarship with M.B.A. and M.Eng. degrees – and he has been a two-term member of the Cornell University Council. Lewis Garrad leads Mercer's employee engagement and research consulting practice for Growth Markets where he applies his training in organizational psychology and experience in the development of employee feedback and engagement programs to help HR and executives link them to organizational strategies and goals. Lewis is also a board committee member of the Institute for Human Resource Professionals in Singapore. Prior to his role in Mercer, Lewis was the Managing Director of Sirota Asia Pacific. He has designed and implemented some of the world's largest global engagement programs, working with companies such as Shell, Lenovo, Keppel and Ooredoo (formerly Qtel). Lewis is chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as an Occupational Psychologist and he graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a First Class Honours BSc in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. Ben Reinhart is currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at Entrepreneur First (EF) where he helps first time and repeat entrepreneurs build deep tech companies from scratch. He moved to Singapore in February from San Francisco where he previously worked at a VC firm, started a robotics company, and did product and deep learning at Magic Leap. He earned a PhD in Space Robotics at Cornell University and a BS in History and Mechanical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology.   Roshni Abayasekara is a Singaporean journalist, tv presenter and executive producer. She has worked with the BBC in London, CNBC Asia, MTV Asia, Channel News Asia and the UN in New York. She is a producer/presenter at Singapore Press Holdings  (SPH) Radio.  Roshni holds a Master of Science from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, where she was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar; a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the American University of Paris and International Baccalaureate from the United World College of S.E.A.
