In the case of purchase by credit card, for a cancellation request made within 50 days of payment, a full refund will be provided. For a cancellation request made more than 50 days after payment, JPY 500 will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation request may take 2 to 3 working days to process, please allow enough time for your cancellation request.In addition, for a cancellation request made after the 1st of July, no refund will be provided. The Jamboree may be cancelled for compelling reasons such as an infectious disease or a natural disaster.
