Two Days to Learn and Think about How to Nurture Lifelong Learners in Creative Economy Selected images of August 3 speakers and panelists ＜Learn X Creation (Learn by Creation) Overview＞ This is the biggest event in Japan to gather multiple stakeholders in education (teacher, administrators, borad of education, creators, professionals, parents, students, etc.) for the purpose of reimagining Japan's education towards student-centered learning with emphasis on creativity.  We have gathered 40 speakers, over 30 workshop presenters, and 20+ exhibitors who share our vision.  In addition, there will be future of learning hackathon (on August 3) and middle and high school student presentations (on August 4) to foster collaboration among likeminded, intergenerational and interprofessional participants.  Join us to launch movement on # Creativity X Education.Main Arena Presentations will have simultaneous translation available.  All other programs will be delivered in Japanese.  We will have translation volunteers available on the day of the event for people who need assistance in visiting workshops and showcases.Aug 3:  Ecosystem Day: Day for Education Practitioners, Creators, Business Professionals, and Public Administrators Theme:  Where is the world headed and How to Build Environments to Nurture Lifelong Learners with Creativity.   -   Talks and workshops by renowned international and Japanese educators, thought leaders, and creative professionals.   -   Dialogue with learning buddies you will meet on the day.   -   Ideathon and Hackathon to develop ideas and prototypes for schools.   -   “Future of Learning” showcase ~ cutting edge schools, technology, and servicesAug 4:  Family and Educator Day: Day for Parents, Children and Education Practitioners.Theme:   Life Skill of the Future, Ability to Learn Deep with Inquiry Mindset and CreativityNew guidelines for college entrance exams and the K-12 curriculum which focus on independent and higher order of thinking skills will be rolled out next year.
