It is more dynamic, active, and engaged. Individuals will develop full body strength and flexibility. It is based on understanding the progressive steps in building strength, cultivating inversions, and spotting practice.The Solar acrobatic practice will teach you to unlock the power in yourself and others. You will learn to take risk and attempts feats many think would be impossible. As you venture deeper into this path, you will unlock the potential within, as well as demonstrating physical expressions of courage, teamwork, and balance.Who should join this program? Individuals keen on learning how to perform a handstand, or various hand balance poses. He has been around the fitness scene and knows how to break plateaus to get you to your goal. Coach Dennis is driven to help improve the quality of life for all his clients, from sleep to relationships. Dennis continues to explore the different modalities of fitness from bodybuilding to movement-based training, In his ongoing quest to help others, he has done a 30-hour Acroyoga Lunar Immersion under Marc Bauchet, a certified level 2 Acroyoga teacher with his Flyer, Carin.  With their on-going self study and practice, Dennis and Carin are now looking to help others through the Solar acrobatic side of Acroyoga.The Flyer: Carin, a flexible aerialist who is also a group class coach at The Playground Fitness, She specializes in pushing you to your limit and motivating people to go further. Her quirky and fiery passion for fitness will encourage you to bring the best version of yourself. Coach Carin seeks to inspire people of all ages to embark on their fitness journey to live a happy and stress-free life.Coach Carin has done a 200 hour Yoga TTC by Dr. Venky’s Shivshakti Yoga Institute and a 30 hour Acroyoga Lunar Immersion under Marc Bauchet, a certified level 2 Acroyoga teacher, with her base Dennis.
