The workshop, which is mainly led through musical compositions and sensory play, will transport its participants into an entirely make believe world. Whether they end up in the deep jungle, a vast, snowy landscape or even outer space, they will become the main characters in their own story. ‘Animated Adventures’ offers a safe space for children to begin to develop skills in drama in their early years, where movement and improvisation play a key role. As a result, they will also have the opportunity to have lots of fun with imaginative play as well as build in confidence and self-esteem. This workshop is strictly for children but ONE accompanying carer/parent per child is welcome to watch on the side.
Please book considerately as purchased tickets are strictly non-refundable and change of dates or times are not permitted.
Places are limited to 25 children only. This programme only admits ONE accompanying adult per ticket. An early booking will secure your place.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the programme starts. An announcement will be made 5 -10 minutes before the start and you may present your ticket to the front of house staff for entry.
The Artground reserves the right to deny entry to latecomers, or children not within the stipulated age group.
No photography or food and drinking is allowed in the show.
Photos and videos may be taken during the performance for marketing and social media purposes by Five Stones Theatre / The Artground. Please note that all other photography will not be permitted during the workshop.
