His early creative collaborations in the short films of Boo Junfeng, K. Rajagopal and Ho Tzu Nyen set them on a path to critical acclaim. Borgia's oeuvre now includes the stellar successes of Apprentice (2016), A Yellow Bird (2016), and Yeo Siew Hua's Golden Leopard-winning A Land Imagined (2018).
