The event will be cancelled if we do not meet the minimum number of 20 participants and your event fee will be FULLY REFUNDED within 5 working days (from event date). 4) I have made payment but I can't make it for the event If you are unable to attend the event, please inform us via phone, email and/ SMS 4 days before the event date. Under such circumstances, you can choose to: a) A full refund will be given to you after a deduction of $10 administrative fee. b) Send a friend of the same gender in your place. This option will need to be reviewed on a case by case basis (friend will need to be of the appropriate age range and fit the event criteria etc). No refund will be given for any cancellation of booking if we are informed 3 days before an event.
