At the beginning of the workshop, there will be an introduction to various tools and materials followed by a live demonstration by the artist. Each participant will be given a black and white reference image to work on. Participants are also welcome to bring along their own reference images. However, it should be in black and white, sharp in quality and in A4 size. The objectives of this workshop are for participants to pick up various techniques of drawing such as lining, shading, blending, understanding lighting & shadow, contrast and different moods of realism. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to achieve results in drawing and also a work to take home with.
