Fresh Tuna head and tuna from Toyosu market will be there. Intermediate wholesaler will be at the venue to serve you the tuna head and fresh tuna. There will be Reiwashu sparkling sake and various selection of sake chosen by Kikizakeshi (sake sommelier) Yuki Imanishi. Wonderful Singaporean style food will be there using fresh seafood and meat.
