Four women panelists, each with their own unique career journey, will be invited to share their experience and provide insight to overcome common workplace challenges and stereotypes in a moderated discussion.Prior to the event, a short survey will be conducted via online platform (peatix and Facebook) to gather information of personal gendered experience, strategies of overcoming the challenges and common beliefs. These finding will be highlighted during event opening as part of the discussion later.At the end of the session, attendees are invited to express their thoughts, experiences, or insights onto “Wall of Hope” using post-it-notes.
