- Reception + Collage Workshop -音楽と映像が流れるなかナチュラルワインを味わいながら、アーティストChangGang Lee（チャンガンリー）さんと一緒にコラージュワークを楽しみませんか？Come join a collage workshop with artist ChangGang Lee and enjoy good music, video art, and natural wine at THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku. THE KNOT の２F LOUNGEにて展示中のビジュアルコラージュアーティスト、ChangGang Lee（チャンガンリー）さん（以下Leeさん）をお呼びし、レセプション+ワークショップを開催します。THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku is currently exhibiting works by ChangGang Lee, an analog collage and mixed media artist, at its second floor MORETHAN Lounge, and has invited Mr. Lee for a reception and collage workshop. Leeさんは自ら収集した古雑誌から断片を切り取り、再構成するコラージュ作品を制作、時にはコラージュ後にアクリル絵の具を塗り込み、またある時には色のみを切り出してアブストラクトなパターンを生成します。幾重にもレイヤーをもつ断片の集積が、彼の持つ独特なダークで美しい世界へと観るものを引き込みます。今回の展示は、新作と過去のアーカイブを織り交ぜた新しい構成となっていているので、作品の細部まで堪能して頂きたい作品ばかりです。Mr. Lee uses cut-outs from old magazines he has collected to create collage art pieces. Depending on the piece, he adds layers of acrylic paint to a collage or simply produces an abstract pattern using a collage of colors. The layering and combination of fragments create a uniquely dark yet beautiful world. The current exhibition includes both old and new works. 今回のワークショップは、リーさん自ら神保町で発掘したビンテージ雑誌を素材とし、一人一人が切り取り、イメージを構成していくコラージュワークショップです。音楽と映像を流しナチュラルワインを飲みながら、おもむくままコラージュワークを楽しみましょう。定員２０名限定のため、早めのご予約がおススメです。At this workshop, participants will create their own collages using vintage magazines Mr. Lee selected in Jimbocho, renowned as the center of Tokyo's second hand book stores, while enjoying good music, video art, and natural wine. Maximum 20 participants.
