Heads Up! is a project by GSKL which aims to empower members of community with the basic understanding of their mental wellbeing and its instrumental value to overall wellbeing. Through Head's Up!, we strive to create the platorm to elevate the various aspects of life as it all pieces together as one large picture, that is, one's overall wellbeing.As such, this Time Management workshop is the first of a series of fun and interactive engagements between the public and the professionals engagement in raising awareness and initiating sustainable change in small, actionable, and practical methods!About Ashley SuelynAshley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Actuarial Science from University of Central Oklahoma. She is also the founder of The Real Planner where she expresses her optimism and enthusiasm in organizers and planners, where she has quickly built her status as well-known productivity guru in the circuit.About GSKLGSKL brings together diverse and passionate youth to create community-focused impact through innovative, sustainable initiatives and collaborations. It is a part of the Global Shapers Community which is a non-profit, non-partisan, volunteer-led organization under the World Economic Forum. GSKL focuses on three main pillars in addressing fundamental grassroot issues in Malaysia, namely education (After5 project); mental health (Heads Up! project); and ageing population (Better Living project).
