Gone are the days where one-sided elaborate marketing campaigns of sponsorships & ad-buys dominate the transactional relationship and brands today recognise how having an engaged community can transform users into advocates who would further your business mission. But building an engaged community is not without its pain. It is often time-consuming, labourious, requires a great deal of effort and consensus across different teams. Hear from Lululemon, Vans and Lush Cosmetics on why they've embarked on this journey, how they've done it and why despite all that work, it is important and worthwhile to engage with consumers on their turf in a bid to humanise a brand. Hear from: Felicia Sun / SE Asia brand and community manager, Lululemon Elijah Kislevitz / Marketing Manager, Singapore/Malaysia, Vans Ekta Jagtiani / PR & Marketing Executive, Lush Cosmetics About the Speakers: Ekta Jagtiani, Lush Cosmetics Creators of pioneering beauty products such as the fizzing bath bomb and solid shampoo bar, Lush is driven by innovation and its ethics.
