Come explore embroidery with us in a fun and collaborative way!Borrowing inspiration from textile traditions such as Kantha and Japanese Sashiko, the workshop will focus on the process of stitching and the calming repetition of hand-stitching on fabric. Learn 6 simple embroidery stitches and explore the possibilities of mark-making with thread. Whether you prefer to be stitching away in your own world or while chatting with friends… we invite you to enjoy a cosy session of making together. Maybe this session will spark more embroidery creations of your own~ Participants of all levels are welcomed, whether you are a complete newbie or are a deft hand at embroidery.
