They will share from their experience in crafting history-based narratives, and guide workshop participants through the practice of creating a new world out of the old. The workshops are open to writers of all experience levels, and those who wish to attend all three sessions are welcome to do so. The novel was published in Singapore in 2017 and released in the UK in 2018. Krishna Udayasankar is the author of the bestselling series, "The Aryavarta Chronicles", as well as "3" and "Objects of Affection". Her latest novel, "Immortal", was optioned in one of the biggest book-to-movie deals in Bollywood. Lawrence Lacambra Ypil is a poet and essayist from Cebu, Philippines. His first book of poems, "The Highest Hiding Place" was given the Madrigal Gonzalez Best First Book Award. His work has received The Academy of American Poets Prize, the Philippines Free Press Awards, and the Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards among others.
