You can participate just yoga, or just kombucha or just amazake - however full package will be most reasonable if you want to participate all. There will be souvenir to take it back home. You will find rare amazake (made from pumpkin) and others and also Kombucha made from different ingredients. If you want to reinvigorate and strengthen your body, and calm your mind, then this practice is for you!Beth is originally from the UK, and has lived in Japan for more than a decade. She teaches primarily in English, with Japanese and French translation as needed. She has been practicing yoga seriously for about 12 years now, with teachers in the U.K., Vietnam, Bali and Tokyo. She has done a lot of training in Iyengar yoga, which focuses on alignment, and teaches a style that incorporates this with vinyasa flow. She completed a Yoga Alliance-registered 200 hours teacher training in 2018 at the IYC yoga center in Omotesando, under teacher Tomohisa Wada (http://tomyoga.namaste.jp/). She has also done workshops and training classes with teachers including Simon Low, Kathryn Budig, Mati Ezraty and Jason Crandell.This 75-minute class will take students through some sun salutations, to warm up the body, followed by some deep stretches, balance poses, and seated postures. The class with end with a resting posture, and take time for a short meditation, to focus and clean the mind. Beth emphasizes taking the principles of yoga into daily life, and so this practice complements learning to make kombucha and amazake as a path to full-body wellness.Please wear comfortable and stretchy clothes, and bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a towel and water.
