Our regular Reiki talks introduce you to Usui Reiki and how this amazing healing therapy helps you to destress, find balance & peace, relax and heal yourself. The talk includes an ‘attunement’ to Reiki where you will be able to experience the Reiki flow through your own hands. It is followed by a hands-on group healing for you to experience giving and receiving Reiki energy.
