Prof. Toh Han Chong is deputy director of the National Cancer Centre, Singapore and chief medical officer of Tessa Therapeutics, a clinical-stage immunotherapy company conducting the world’s largest Phase III T cell immunotherapy trial for any cancer indication. He is also an associate professor and college master at the Duke-NUS Medical School and adjunct principal investigator at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, Agency for Science, Technology and Research. Assoc. Prof. Toh received the National Outstanding Clinician Scientist Award 2018. Dr. Goh Wei LeongDr. Goh Wei Leong is a general practitioner and co-founder of HealthServe, a charity that provides migrant workers with affordable healthcare, legal aid, social assistance, skills training as well as free meals. Dr. Goh was a successful general practitioner for more than three decades before a life-changing humanitarian trip to Mongolia in 1995. He then traded his Maserati and comfortable life to coordinate disaster relief trips overseas and set up HealthServe. For his contributions, Dr. Goh was named The Straits Times Singaporean Of The Year 2017.  Mark GohMark Goh is a graduate student at Duke-NUS Medical School. At age 12, Mark was diagnosed with Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis, undergoing years of treatment until a successful kidney transplant at 18. To pay it forward, he joined a commitee to organize an annual camp run by National University Hospital for children with chronic illnesses. After graduating from Nanyang Technological University with a bachelor’s degree in physics, he decided to pursue medicine, successfully clearing the entrance exam despite not having a background in biology. Dr. Leon TanDr. Leon Tan is the founding president of the NTU LKCMedicine Alumni Association. As a recent 2018 graduate from Nanyang Technological University, Dr. Tan was awarded the first Anthony SC Teo-Gordon Johnson Gold Medal for attaining the best clinical skills results from years three to five. He is currently rotating through departments as a medical officer at KK Women's and Children's Hospital.Assistant Professor Chelvin SngAsst. Prof. Chelvin Sng is a consultant at the National University Hospital in Singapore, assistant professor at the National University of Singapore and honorary consultant at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, the largest eye hospital in Europe. She graduated from Gonville and Cauis College in Cambridge University with triple First Class Honours and distinctions as the top medical student in her college. Asst. Prof. Sng is co-author of a book, The Ophthalmology Examinations Review, which is used by ophthalmology residents who are preparing for postgraduate examinations. Associate Professor Marcus AngAssoc. Prof. Marcus Ang is a consultant at the Singapore National Eye Centre and associate professor at Duke-NUS Medical School. He is also the director at Singapore-based non-profit organisation, Global Clinic Limited. Driven by his goal to develop innovative and sustainable eye solutions, Assoc. Prof. Ang started a charity programme called the Mobile Eye Clinic for the underprivileged elderly in Singapore’s heartlands, providing them with access to eye care. For his contributions, he was named winner of the 2017 President's Award for Volunteerism and/or Philanthropy awards. Assoc. Prof. Ang is also a recipient of the prestigious Artemis Award by the American Academy of Ophthalmology.Assistant Professor Ngiam Kee Yuan Asst. Prof. Ngiam Kee Yuan is the group chief technology officer at the National University Health System (NUHS) Singapore, where he oversees the implementation of new technologies. In his capacity as an assistant professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, Asst. Prof Ngiam focuses most of his research on artificial intelligence and its applications in healthcare. In addition, he specializes in minimally invasive surgery, having completed his training in robotic thyroid surgery at the Seoul National University Hospital, South Korea.Dr. Alan CheungDr. Alan Cheung is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sport injuries and reconstruction. A former rugby player and Brazilian jiujitsu enthusiast, he combines his passions for medicine and sport as a ringside doctor for ONE Championship and ONE Warrior mixed martial arts events and serves as match-day doctor for events such as the HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens and Super Rugby.
