Waste Land Screening @ EarthFest 2019
SGEFF is teaming up with EarthFest for a screening of the profound and inspiring film Waste Land at the end of the festival.
Waste Land is an uplifting feature documentary highlighting the transformative power of art and the beauty of thehuman spirit. Top-selling contemporary artist Vik Muniz takes us on an emotional journey from Jardim Gramacho, the world's largest landfill on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, to the heights of international art stardom.
Venue: Marina Barrage in the EarthRoom (Courtyard Room)

Starting Time: 4:30 pm (right after EarthFest main festival ends, so you can explore the regular festival before).
Proceeds from the screening cover the costs of the screening license (supporting filmmakers, yay!) and suport SGEFF.
