A service designer is not only working(playing) with users to understand their needs and pain points; but also working(playing) with service providers to align goals and design different parts of the services. Sometimes when service designers work with client, the atmosphere got a bit serious and they forget to have fun during the process. We’d like to talk about the topic - Play, to get inspired and learn techniques for future projects.For SD Drinks #8, we are inviting 3 groups of designers who has been intigrating playfulness in their work, to share with us how to make the projects and the collaboration more fun.
