Join us to learn to sign different emotions, interact with deaf facilitators from social enterprise Hush TeaBar and enter into their world during this 1.5 hour activity... in silence!In this silence, we will also take a breather to reflect on the questions that matter, including:  How can we cultivate more empathy for ourselves and those around us?  How can we take a pause in our daily lives for self-care And more!     This event is part of SingPost's Brown Bag Lunch series. SingPost cares for the community in which it operates and hopes to help raise awareness of social and environmental issues through this series. This event is also held in conjunction with this year's Giving Week - a global movement to encourage businesses, communities, people and non-profits to come together to celebrate the spirit of giving.
