Mireille also trains and supports a community of over 50 Lumina Practitioners who are certified to use Lumina’s innovative psychometric tools in their own training and consulting businesses.As an alumna of JMEC 20 and co-chair of the newly launched JMECAA, Mireille is inspired by the many brilliant people she has met through the JMEC network.
