In its eighth year running, Archifest 2014 is not only a festival that celebrates Singapore’s urban environment, but also a nurturing ground for reflection, question, collaboration and experimentation. About ArchitoursBack this year, the highly popular tours is organised over two weekends of Archifest 2014 by The architecture society (TAS) of National University of Singapore. SIA, however, does not own or operate any of the services and assumes no responsibility for delays, losses or accidents or for damage to persons or property caused by any person, firm or corporation or other legal entity providing the transportation services (including but not limited to transfer and sightseeing), or any other service incident to these tours. SIA reserves the right to make any changes with or without notice, that may become necessary, with the understanding that any additional expenses will be paid by the passenger. SIA cannot be held responsible for any mistake that might occur in typography or printing.Smoking/Liquor: Smoking is not allowed on the coach or within the project sites. The consumption of liquor is prohibited on the Architours.Moving bus policy: Passengers are reminded that they should remain in their seats while bus is in motion for their safety. Passengers understand that to walk or stand can be hazardous due to sudden stops, braking or uneven road surfaces that can cause passengers to fall and injure themselves and/or others around them. Right to Refuse Service: If the participant’s conduct aboard the Tours is so as to endanger the bus or any person or property on board, or obstructs the crew in the performance of their duties, or fails to comply with any instruction of the crew, or behaves in a manner to which other passengers may reasonably object, the organiser may take such measures as it deems necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct, including restraint and/or eject you from the Tour without refund.Refund policy: No refunds due to equipment (bus) breakdown or mechanical failure or for events. There is no refund for no-shows.Seating Arrangements: Free-seating arrangement.Accident or Loss: Participants are to take care of their personal belongings while travelling at all times. SIA will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused.Jurisdiction: These conditions shall in all aspects, be governed by the law of Singapore
