Matteblacc would like to apologise once again for the unfortunate circumstances that resulted in Yasiin Bey's absence from our Summerdaze event.We are still waiting for an official statement from his management to share with you.The fact is we received confirmation at 10:15pm from Yasiin's management that he was unable to perform due to illness. Immediately, a crisis management meeting was called, and we arranged for N'fa Jones to make the announcement at 11:00pm. Despite the bad news, our other supporting headliners went above and beyond their duties to keep the music going. We can only hope that the majority of you enjoyed Summerdaze and the rest of the great lineup. However, we want to offer a couple of options to those who would like a refund.Refund Options:1. Credit Note:All customers that purchased a ticket online or at the door will be give a credit note for complimentary entry (valued at $80 for early bird tickets) to our next major event plus 2 free drinks. Summerdaze 2014 was a poolside block party. Our next event is scheduled to be a concert in November this year.2. Refund:If you require a full refund for the cover charge Matteblacc is happy to arrange this.Contact:Please email us at info@matteblacc.com to inform us of your ticket option purchased, quantity and payment method (online / door sales). Once verified, the refund will be arranged. Please note that the cut off date for refund queries is 7th September, 6:00pm 2014.
