How do you keep any sense of objectivity today? And what do readers know or think about all this?John Brunton is a long time contributor with The Guardian, covering travel, food and wine, John is based in Paris and Venice, having spent five years in Malaysia in the 1980’s where he started his career as a photojournalist. Wide experience with the British and international press, writing for The Times, Telegraph, Independent and Daily Mail as well as magazines ranging from Elle and G.Q to SlowFood and Conde Nast Traveller. Recently collaborated with Lonely Planet on a series of books themed on Wine, Food, Culture, Coffee and Beer. Jury member of Vinitaly and the hotel and restaurant awards, Prix Villegiature.
