Kirti also obtained the membership from of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in mid 2008, and possesses a Bachelors Degree in Commerce. Her professional experience includes dealing with corporate compliance matters for small to medium sized private and exempt private companies in Singapore. She has rich professional experience for being actively involved in the corporate law compliance of the listed and unlisted companies in India. After her five year career as a Company Secretary in India, Kirti decided it was time to explore the International opportunities as a Chartered Secretary professional and moved to Singapore with her husband in late 2011.Nigel Joseph has been exposed to the company law of various countries such as Qatar, UK and India where he has professionally worked at over a span of nine years.
