Rainforest Kids is back.We'll be meeting at Bukit Gombak MRT first. I recommend bringing mosquito repellent and some water. We'll just do abit of warm up for the kids and begin to walk towards the nearby park, along the way we may explore and play with some stuff. This session is movement focused. Some of the activities are designed to help the kids develop strength, motor skills and a better sense of balance. Rainforest Kids sessions are nature and play base, with child led segment. It's also inspired by Montessori and Waldorf education.Session will still continue in the event of light rain, do bring raincoats along. Session may be postpone if there's a thunderstorm, thus do check with the organizer. Depending on the circumstances, we may do a campfire and some light cooking.Meeting point: Bukit Gombak MRTRecommended items to bring: Small knife, wet wipes, sunblock,repellent and water.Recommended age: 3 and above. For the first time, we are also accepting trainee, for would-be coach(es) keen to learn about the pedagogy and some basic bushcraft skills, and how you may be your run your own nature programmes.
