She then learnt programming from Next Academy’s Web Development Bootcamp in 2015, and from then onwards she began her programming career in Next Academy. In her 2.5 years with Next Academy, she built and maintained internal softwares used in operations, sales and marketing, which gave her the opportunity to improve her technical skills, and pick up on digital marketing and growth hacking as well.She is part of the winning team of Health Hackathon Kuala Lumpur that was held earlier this year, which uses machine learning to predict antimicrobial resistance outbreaks based on antibiotics usage in hospitals. With a background in pharmacy and healthcare, coupled with her love for technology, starting Advanx Health is the perfect avenue for her to utilise technology to improve the health and wellbeing of the community.
