The Personal Stories sessions uses applied drama methods, art-making, and other creative arts practices for self-development and community building. This is a workshop where we free our creative spirits.  It is a journey of looking within ourselves, and connecting with others.Personal stories, drama games, art-making activities, movement practices, and dramatic improvisation, come together in an eclectic mix.We will begin gently by looking within ourselves, perhaps by dancing, perhaps by drawing, perhaps by writing, perhaps through playing games together.We will connect with one another, find hearts and souls willing to listen and willing to create a collective wisdom for understanding and change.We will look within ourselves to find what we want to share, and hear our stories in one another’s journeys.We will share our own stories and connect with one another in a Theatre of Neighbours.Whoever comes, are the right people.Wherever we go, is up to us all.No experience in any artistic pursuit is necessary.
