He is a dynamic public speaker and has been invited to share his opinions and insights at several leadership development conferences in Belgium, Brazil, Serbia, Germany, Portugal, France, Spain, Mexico and Singapore.As the co-founder of Make The Change (MTC), Pedro constantly scales greater heights and has recently graduated from the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme.  As a former regional executive in Microsoft, in-charge of students to business program and former Vice President of AIESEC Belgium, the largest student body organisation for global impact.  He is the domain expert in youth transformation. Since 2012, he has been actively involved in the Social Enterprise ecosystem in Singapore and has been volunteering as a mentor for Singapore International Foundation’s (SIF) Young Social Entrepreneurship Programme and UNLEASH Singapore.  He is also one the judging panel for the DBS NUS Social Venture Challenge,  In addition he is a member of the Acumen Impact Circle, Singapore Chapter.
