About The Kueh Tutus The Kueh Tutus are a collaborative team of creatives who dove into exploring dances and dance-based experiences for the young and very young. We have spent hours teaching, playing with or being children. So we ensure that children are integrated into our creative processes to develop works that feed a hunger for discovery and unlock the imagination. Egged on by choreographer Melissa Quek, we first combined our superpowers of productive curiosity in 2017 with a playful engagement of music and movement.  About the Choreographer Melissa Quek was the Programme Designer/ Manager for the MOE-NAC Dance Talent Development Programme (DTDP 2012-2017), was a Dance teaching artist for the Teaching through the Arts Programme (TTAP), and recently wrote an education resource kit for secondary students attending a contemporary dance performance. Together with The Kueh Tutus, she has been on residency with The Artground’s Groundbreakers Incubator. Melissa is Head of the School of Dance & Theatre in LASALLE College of the Arts.
