We believe that parenting can be that much easier if we are able to find compassion and empathy for ourselves, our partners and our children. Inspired by the work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, this workshop aims to equip you with some tools for self-empathy and self-compassion by checking in with our feelings and needs, whilst also having empathy for others. This workshop is suitable for parents of children from 18 months to 5 years old. To learn more about Nonviolent Communication, please check out www.cnvc.org.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThe dates of all the sessions in this series are as follows:(1) INTRODUCTION TO RESPECTFUL PARENTING12 September 2018, Wednesday, 7:00PM to 9:30PM (2) EMBRACING TODDLERHOOD I: MELTDOWNS, TANTRUMS, AND SETTING LIMITS15 September 2018, Saturday, 9:00AM to 12:00PM (3) GROWING A SECURE CHILD19 September 2018, Wednesday, 7:00PM to 9:30PM (4) EMBRACING TODDLERHOOD II: FINDING COMPASSION 22 September 2018, Saturday, 3:00PM to 6:00PM (5) PLAY MATTERS:26 September 2018, Wednesday, 7:00PM to 9:30PM VENUEShuniya, 33A Hong Kong Street, 2nd Floor, Singapore 059672PRICE (a) The price of each workshop on Wednesday nights is $75 per person or $125 per couple*.
