Izwan is passionate about Information Technology which drove him to stay on to complete his Master of Science in IT.Upon his graduation in 2001, Izwan joined PETRONAS Carigali.  In the span of 17 years, Izwan was assigned to various Operating Units in Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) and assumed roles involving Strategy, Commercial, Project Management, Systems Development, Technical Support, Client Relationship, Business Development and Management. Izwan is currently the Chief Operating Officer of PETRONAS ICT Sdn. Bhd; a position he assumed in 2013, and Chief Executive Officer of Virtus IP Sdn. Bhd. Both companies are wholly-owned by PETRONAS.Izwan sits on the Board of Trustees for Universiti Malaysia Pahang. He is an Industry Advisory ‘Panel member for Universiti Tenaga Nasional and Asia Pacific University.PanelistsAzran Osman RaniCEO and Co-Founder, Naluri Hidup Sdn BhdAzran is currently the founding CEO of Naluri, a behaviour science company that uses artificial intelligence, data science and digital design to provide cost-effective and accessible digital health psychology services to address chronic illnesses. He is active in the internet technology space as a co-founder, investor and advisor to iflix, MoneyMatch, Cognifyx, and YellowPorter.He was previously the CEO of iflix in Malaysia and its Group COO – a disruptive internet television video-on-demand service that was launched in Kuala Lumpur in May 2015, and now operates across over 30 markets across Asia, Middle East and Africa with 700 employees less than three years from launch.Previously, Azran pioneered the long-haul, low-cost airline model as the founding CEO of AirAsia X. He led the growth from start-up to US$1 billion in revenue, 2500 employees, and a public-listing in six years, breaking many low-cost airline industry conventions and introducing innovations.Azran held previous positions as Senior Director of Business Development at Astro All Asia Networks, SVP of Business Transformation at the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, both from Stanford University. Ltd.Adam is the founding CEO of OpenLearning.com which now employs 65 people and is headquartered in Sydney with its Southeast Asia head office in Kuala Lumpur. In recognition of the impact OpenLearning has had on the education sector in Asia, Adam was named one of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia in the Consumer Technology category in early 2017.Adam previously worked at Macquarie Bank as a Software Engineer in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Group and at Westpac Institutional Bank as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2010-2011, Adam led the successful Vodafail consumer activist campaign, which resulted in nationwide media coverage, an ACMA inquiry and a $1bn network upgrade for Vodafone’s Australian business.In 2012, Adam joined world renowned UNSW Prof Richard Buckland and David Collien to found OpenLearning.com, a social learning platform. Over one million students have joined courses, including the first massive open online courses (MOOCs) from Australia and Malaysia, where it is the national MOOC platform for public universities and polytechnics.Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) degrees from UNSW (University of New South Wales). Adam completed his honors thesis at UNSW in partnership with National ICT Australia (NICTA).Quek Sue YianExecutive Director of Hong Leong Foundation Sue Yian is the Executive Director of the Hong Leong Foundation and is a director of Hong Leong Industries Berhad. She is the founder of Wisdom Club a charity organisation that gives away books, builds reading spaces and runs reading programmes. She is one of the founding partners of Anyaman Preschool, a reggio - inspired kindergarten and Unique Learning Academy, an inclusive alternative school for primary / secondary children. Sue Yian was a co-founder of Voice of the Children, a children’s rights advocacy Group, and is a committee member of the Selangor Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.Sue Yian holds a Masters in Poverty and Development (University of Birmingham) and is a qualified Barrister from Middle Temple Inns of Court and has just finished a diploma in Learning Disorders Management and Child Psychology.
