More importantly, the learning process gave us the chance to better understand what Tricking means to us - and how we want to continue pursuing it in the future as we continue enjoying this sport.Instead of keeping the love for Tricking within our small team, we started THTto spread it. We strive towards helping others master certain tricks to benefit their own discipline, all while doing so, in a fun & safe environment. CONSENT & WAIVERTicket Purchaser (person who is registering and booking for the class, workshop or pass) acknowledges the organiser waives responsibility for all attendees whether or not the ticket holder (Y Move attendee) was the party who made the booking. Ticket Purchasers are advised to make caller the terms of the consent and waiver to other ticket holders (attendees) who may not be the purchasing party as detailed on this event description page.Superfly Pte Ltd (as owner of Superfly Monkey Dragons Parkour Freerunning Academy & Agency (SMD)I understand that SMD is the organiser of MOVE FEST (“Festival”)I am a participant of the MOVE FEST and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: (a) I understand that SMD will be co-ordinating the Festival, which includes but is not limited to workshops, battles, jams and other activities and whilst measures will be taken by SMD to ensure a safe environment for the Workshop, I acknowledge that Parkour/ Freerunning / and other movement disciplines offered at the Festivalare physical activities and like any sport / discipline there are inherent risks associated with it and I shall be responsible for my well-being during the Workshop. (b) I agree that SMD, and each of its representatives, agents and employees shall not be liable for any damage, claims, actions, proceedings, losses, charges and any other liabilities of whatsoever nature or description, arising from or in connection with with any injury or death, loss, or damage suffered by me in connection with the Festival.(c) I agree to indemnify and keep fully indemnified SMD, and each of its representatives, agents and employees from all damage, claims, actions, proceedings, losses, charges and any other liabilities of whatsoever nature or description against each of the above-mentioned entities arising from or in connection with my participation in the Festival.(d) I agree that SMD reserves the right to refuse my participation in the Festivalany at time, whether it is prior to or during the Festival and upon SMD’s determination in its sole discretion, I shall leave the Festival immediately.  (e) I understand that photographs, audio and visual recordings may be taken for the Festival, which shall include the Festival and various other activities and such photographs, audio and visual recordings may be used by SMD for its archival and promotional materials and may be published in various mediums including websites, social media sites, brochures and press media and I hereby give my consent to the use of such photographs, audio and visual recordings where I am featured or captured.  (f) I confirm that the information provided by me in this Consent & Declaration is to the best of my knowledge true, accurate and complete. By ticking the "Yes, I Agree” checkbox on the booking form I confirm that I have read the above terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions. For participants below 18 years old, the Consent & Declaration must be acknowledged on this form by the parent or guardian.
