All ticket holders should collect an audience queue number at the venue reception on the day. • Guests will be admitted into the theatre by audience queue number in the following group order until all seats are filled: 1. Pass holders, 2. Until Rainbow Dawn ticket holders, 3. Guests with pre-purchased Single/Triple Tickets, 4. Guests will be admitted to the theatre from 20 minutes prior to the showing time.• Advance tickets purchased through Peatix must be exchanged for paper tickets at the Film Festival reception at each venue on the day.• Advance tickets purchased through Peatix are digital tickets – please use one of following methods to receive your paper tickets at the Film Festival reception:       - Showing the ticket screen on the Peatix App.       - Presenting your issued ticket QR code on the Peatix website.       - (If the above two are not possible) Give the reception the name (nicknames allowed) registered when you purchased your ticket(s).• Single Ticket and Triple Ticket holders must obtain an audience queue number for each showing they want to attend at the appropriate venue reception. Queue numbers can be obtained for any showing at any time during the Festival at that venue.• Guests will be admitted into the theatre by audience queue number in the following group order until all seats are filled: 1.
