As part of its Nomadic Hat Studio project this year, Heads of State Millinery would be bringing a hands-on workshop using everyday materials to the public in the heartlands at the SkillsFuture Festival@Bedok happening in Bedok Town Square. With simple tools available at neighbourhood stores, this workshop shows how ordinary things around us combined with a little imagination can help us create something functional, futuristic and fantastic. You will learn how to put together your very own SUPER VISOR on the spot. Slip them over your own glasses or sunglasses and you are ready to look cool anywhere under the sun!Helpful tips:Tickets are FREE!Each workshop session is about 30 minutes long. All materials and tools to make your SUPER VISOR will be provided. As the workshop includes the use of scissors and eyelet setting tools, it is not suitable for small children without parental supervision. The finished visor can be worn by slipping it over your own glasses or sunglasses. (Glasses/sunglasses would not be provided.)Pre-registration for the workshops will close before the start of the event.
