Get Cooking: Nyonya Egg Popiah Workshop with Allspice Institute Sat, 8 June, 2–4pmIxora Room, Level 1$5 per personJoin Chef Ambrose from Allspice Institute for a cooking workshop where you will learn to prepare and assemble the delicious nyonya egg popiah. He has worked with Chef Violet Oon and Chef Tony Khoo, and was the youngest executive chef at the Singapore Turf Club, in charge of creating menus for presidents, royalty and other VIPs. Workshop is suitable for ages 15 years and above.*Workshop fee include ingredients and recipe for the Nyonya egg popiah. Attendees will get to take home the popiah which they assemble in the workshop.Please note that this is a paid programme.
